Job summary

QUAD-R Building Solutions seeks a Purchaser to source, negotiate, and procure materials, tools, and services for construction projects. You will ensure timely delivery, quality, cost-efficiency, and proper supplier documentation while maintaining strong relationships with vendors.

Office-based with frequent field coordination; overtime may be required to meet project deadlines. A bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year in procurement (construction preferred) with proficiency in Excel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• At least 1 year of procurement or purchasing experience (construction preferred).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Procurement & Sourcing: identify reliable suppliers and source materials based on project requirements.
• Purchase Order & Documentation: prepare accurate purchase orders and maintain records.
• Coordination & Communication: coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and Warehouse for material needs; monitor deliveries and resolve delays.
• Vendor Management: evaluate supplier performance and develop strong supplier relationships.
• Reporting & Analysis: submit weekly/monthly procurement status reports and assist in updating price database.
