Job summary

One Outsource Direct Corporation is seeking a proactive Materials and Logistics Engineer to oversee material management, warehousing, and logistics for construction projects. You will monitor procurement deliveries, manage site warehouse operations, and coordinate material inspections to meet project schedules.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 3–5 years in materials/warehousing/logistics for large-scale EPC or construction projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
3–5 years in materials management, warehousing or logistics for large projects.
Proficient in Excel and inventory management software.
Familiar with MEP materials, pipe schedules, valves, cables, and major equipment specs.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor long-lead purchase orders and track delivery dates against the master schedule.
Oversee inbound deliveries at site warehouse and verify quantities against POs and BOQ.
Coordinate with QA/QC to inspect delivered materials and reject non-conforming items.
Ensure safe storage and security of the site warehouse.
Manage staging, kitting, and allocation of materials to subcontractors.
Plan on-site logistics: traffic routing, laydown areas, crane scheduling, equipment deployment.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly material and logistics status reports.
Maintain accurate material tracking records and inventory controls.
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and project stakeholders to resolve logistics issues.
Perform other duties as assigned.
