A construction firm based in Cagayan de Oro is looking for a Construction Management Lead responsible for assisting in the implementation of construction activities, reviewing plans, and ensuring timely material delivery. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, hold a professional license, and preferably have experience in midrise constructions. This role is essential for maintaining quality and efficiency in construction projects.

Qualifications

• College Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Professional License required (Passed Board/Bar Exam).
• Experience in midrise constructions is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of Construction Management activities.
• Review Construction Plans, Technical Specifications, and Contracts.
• Ensure timely delivery of Owner Supplied Materials and onboarding of Contractors.
• Ensure timely delivery of Owner Supplied Materials and onboarding of Contractors/Suppliers based on the Procurement Schedule.

JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Site Engineer assists the Construction Management Projects Head in the implementation of Construction Management activities such as Time, Cost, Scope and Quality Management. Assists CM Projects Head in the development and improvement of policies and procedures. His duties involve review of Construction Plans, Technical Specifications and Contracts. CM Technical Specialist also ensures timely delivery of Owner Supplied Materials (OSM) and On-boarding of Contractors/Suppliers based on approved Procurement Schedule.

JOB QUALIFICATION

Educational Background: College Graduate / Bachelor's Degree / Licensed Engineer Qualifications Required: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil) or equivalent. Experience: Preferably experienced in Midrise Constructions is an advantage
