Job summary

Joy Nostalg Hotel is seeking a Construction Logistics Coordinator with a BS Civil Engineering and at least 3 years of experience to manage and implement logistics for multiple project sites across Cavite, Laguna, and Bulacan. The role requires strong leadership, organization, and reporting skills, with willingness to perform fieldwork at sites as needed.

Candidates should be proficient in MS Office and capable of handling security and contingency planning while ensuring documentation accuracy.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
• 3+ years of related field experience
• Experience in construction management preferably in real estate
• Willing to perform fieldwork at project sites (Cavite, Laguna, Bulacan)
• Organized and proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Good reporting and documentation skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• START ASAP (preferred)

• Check and maintain the physical condition of different construction facilities by planning and implementing new design or layouts; inspecting equipment and issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement
• Safeguard construction facility operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
• Ensure complete logistics preparedness and contingency plan for all logistics requirements
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation and other reportorial requirements
• Assist the Construction Logistics Group in other administrative and office-related tasks that may be assigned

Job Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
• Must have background and experience in construction management preferably in a real estate industry
• Must be willing to do fieldwork from time to time in the different project sites (Cavite, Laguna, Bulacan)

• Must have strong leadership and communication skills
