Job summary

Ecology Energy Corporation is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee day-to-day HR operations in the Philippines. The role involves driving recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and comprehensive HR administration to support business needs.

You will partner with department heads on workforce planning, ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, handle disciplinary matters, and monitor HR records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure effective implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
• Manage and guide the HR team to ensure smooth and timely completion of HR activities.
• Partner with department heads and management on workforce planning and employee concerns.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution.
• Monitor HR records, reports, and documentation.
• Develop and implement HR initiatives that support business and employee needs.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
