Job summary

SquareOne Builders is seeking an Architect to oversee the technical aspects of construction and fit-out projects in Metro Manila. You will review and manage working drawings, BOM/BOQ, material specifications, and project estimates while guiding a team of Site Architects.

You will coordinate closely with Project Management, Construction, Estimating, and Procurement to ensure that technical requirements align with site progress and schedules, delivering projects that meet objectives and quality

Qualifications

Leadership and team management experience is required.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify technical discrepancies and project issues.
Willingness to conduct site visits and coordinate multiple stakeholders as required.

Responsibilities

Oversee technical aspects of construction and fit-out projects, including review and management of drawings, BOM/BOQ, material specs, and estimates.
Lead and provide technical guidance to a team of Site Architects.
