Key Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of fit‑out projects, including overseeing workers, vendors, and the project team.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and requirements.
• Oversee the procurement of materials, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Address and resolve issues that may arise during the project, such as delays, design changes, or conflicts with contractors.
• Prepare and submit regular project reports to senior management and clients.
