Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a hands-on Construction Site Supervisor in Metro Manila to manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate multiple trades, and ensure finishing quality meets client and architect standards. The role emphasizes safety, planning, and active communication with foremen, suppliers, and site crews.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of site experience, can read architectural/MEPF plans, and is proficient with Excel and CAD tools.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of site experience.
Can read architectural and MEPF plans and work from a BoQ.
Familiar with NSCP 2015, the Philippine Electrical Code, the Fire Code and DOLE safety rules; BOSH/COSH training is a plus
Comfortable with Excel, Word and AutoCAD or a PDF markup tool.
Communicates clearly in English and Tagalog, with the office and with site crews
With Motorcycle preferably to mobilize from site to site and to purchase petty cash goods if necessary.
With laptop for CAD works and weekly reports.
Preferrably with pool of workers (that you have worked with) to additionally add to the existing manpower.

Responsibilities

Run the site day to day: plan the work, assign crews with the foreman, and keep the site safe and clean.
Follow proper construction sequencing to maintain finishing requirements.
Oversee quality of finishing up to client/architect/GC standards.
Coordinate trades (civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, finishes, glazing, fire protection) so each hands a clean area to the next.
Inspect key stages before they’re covered up (rough-ins, waterproofing, ceiling layouts).
Check work and materials against plans, specs, and BoQ; raise RFIs/RFAs when input mismatches.
Work with purchaser on material requests and check deliveries.
Be day-to-day contact with building admin for permits, gate passes, deliveries and work hours.
Keep a daily site diary, weekly progress report, and two-week look-ahead.
Close out projects with punch list, as-builts and turnover.
