Job summary

CVJR Builders in Silang, Cavite, is seeking an experienced Document Controller to manage project documents from planning through to completion. You will organize, file and track versions while ensuring accessibility for project teams and stakeholders.

Knowledge of PhilGEPS is advantageous, and you will support QA/QC and audits with accurate records in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Document Controller in construction or engineering.
• Strong organizational and filing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with multiple stakeholders and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Organize, file and maintain all project documentation in physical and digital formats.
• Create and update document filing systems for easy retrieval by stakeholders.
• Track document versions to maintain an audit trail of changes.
• Distribute documents to project teams, contractors and stakeholders promptly.
• Verify documents for completeness and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers and QA teams to meet documentation needs.
• Maintain records of document submissions, approvals, and statuses.
• Prepare regular reports on document status and gaps.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and construction regulations.
• Support QA/QC during audits and inspections with accurate documentation.
