Private Advertiser is seeking a Civil Engineer with at least 2 years of experience to manage project documentation, cost estimation, and budget control across multiple construction projects. The role includes ensuring timely information flow and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities cover document control, material quantity estimation, contract preparation, and budget tracking to support project delivery and maintenance decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.
• Professional License (Civil) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Control project documentation and follow document control procedures.
• Sort, store and retrieve electronic and hard copy documents.
• Conduct regular reviews and document audits.
• Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion.
• Review plans and prepare quantity needs.
• Estimate the quantity and costs of materials.
• Prepare contracts and documents.
• Set budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials.
• Analyze costs for maintenance and additional building needs.
• Track changes in plans or constructions and update budgets.
