• Must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably with 1-4 Yrs of Experience specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
• Must be able to arrive at an accurate cost estimates and schedules
• Must be knowledgeable in budgeting, planning and monitoring of investment projects
• Must be comfortable discussing and bargaining cost information with project contractors
• Must be willing to do field works

Job Summary

• Responsible for entire project cycle to include design, development and project completion
• Prepares technical construction guidelines
• Reviews and critiques proposed changes in line with engineering standards, policies and details
• Coordinates the activities of the project to Superior and construction team
• Responsible for filing of construction documents per project
• Sees to it that all projects / development plans are in compliance with engineering standards and practices
