Job description
Prepares cost estimates and collaborates with Engineering & Design Division on variation/change order estimates and cost
Review and familiarize with the contract and determine the scope of the project.
Prepares the project budgetary cost of the project and ensure that the project is working within the approved budgetary cost.
Ensure successful project execution and use productive reports from the establishment of work breakdown structure with the use of project management system to monitor progress of all purchases, invoicing, and delivery up to the project completion.
Collect, tabulate, analyze and evaluate information relation to technical specifications, bid, proposal to ensure a more concise and comprehensive tender submissions on time with specific project requirements.
Prepare comprehensive claims and potential variation claims at regular intervals of the project.
Review and evaluate subcontractor invoices and claims at regular intervals to ensure subcontractor invoices are accurate and in compliance with subcontractor terms and conditions.
Prepares Budget on Site which will be submitted to the Project Planning and Control Manager for review and thereafter to the Project Manager.
Prepares estimates to complete emergency action checklist for the balance works of the contract.
Monitors and controls material issuance, material order, equipment usage/rental and maintaining cost per month, man hour cost, subcontractor billings, cost transfers and charging.
Prepares and evaluates project billing based on the approved progress report of the Office Engineer or reconciled and approved variation orders which shall be forwarded to the Project Manager for review and signature, and thereafter submits the same to the Construction Manager for evaluation.
Distributes relative weight of each scope of work based on the contract and coordinates with the Project Manager on the scheduling of each scope of work.
