Candidates should have a Civil Engineering background, 3+ years in construction, and strong skills in cost estimation, scheduling, budgeting, and project management, with proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional licensure (e.g., Registered Civil Engineer) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of cost estimation, cost control, scheduling, budgeting and project management processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare master schedule using Excel and/or Microsoft Project.
• Prepare weekly report on construction cost and schedule.
• Prepare the baseline cost and schedule.
• Analyze construction cost based on actual and anticipated costs.
• Identify major cost drivers and recommend solutions to budget constraints.
• Notify Project-In-Charge regarding budget status.
• Coordinate with the Project Accountant for cost data to ensure accuracy.
