Job summary

HRTx Inc. seeks an experienced Construction Manager to oversee projects in Mandaluyong and surrounding areas from conception to completion.

You will plan, budget, schedule, and supervise all construction activities to ensure on-time delivery within budget and in compliance with quality, health, and safety standards. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of PM experience in commercial or high-rise developments and is proficient in MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD, with strong knowledge of building

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture required.
• 5–8 years of construction project management experience in commercial, residential, or high-rise developments.
• Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD; strong knowledge of codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day construction operations, site progress, and supervision of contractors and staff.
• Develop, monitor, and manage project schedules, timelines, resources, and budget to prevent overruns.
• Enforce quality control standards and compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, LGUs in Mandaluyong, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee site procurement, inventory, and deployment of manpower and equipment.
• Facilitate local building permits, clearances, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and risk assessments for management.
