Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Commercial and Cost-Control Manager in the Philippines to lead procurement strategy for Design & Build, prepare Capex budgets, and oversee tenders and contract valuations. You will coordinate with PMs, HoD, and clients to ensure cost alignment with contracts.

The role demands strong negotiation and cost-management skills, experience in BoQ/BOM, and proven stakeholder management. Office-based in Makati with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of cost planning, tendering, contract administration, procurement, and change management processes.
• Experience in preparing cost estimates, tender analyses, commercial evaluations, and project financial reports.
• Familiarity with Bills of Quantities (BOQ), Bills of Materials (BOM), contract valuation, and final account preparation.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement strategy for Design & Build (Pre-Contract).
• Provide Capex Budget or Pre-Tender Estimates.
• Conduct/Lead Tender and Tender Events with PM.
• Provide Evaluations / Commercial Recommendations.
• Recommend/Assist on Contract Awarding.
• Valuation of Contract Billings.
• Reporting of Financial Summary/Statement of the Project.
• Change Request Management.
• Provide cost/commercial support to the Office Services Team on Capex-related scopes.
