Colliers in Manila seeks a Commercial and Cost-Control Manager to lead procurement for Design & Build projects, provide capex budgets, and drive tender events with PM teams. You will evaluate vendor proposals, advise on contract awards, and align financial scopes with contractual terms.

The role requires 3–6 years in cost management and a strong background in BOQ/BOM, with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Office-based in Metro Manila with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost management, or commercial management.
• Experience in Design & Build, fit-out, commercial, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost planning, tendering, contracts, procurement, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement strategy for Design & Build (Pre-Contract).
• Provide capex budgets and pre-tender estimates.
• Conduct/lead tender events and commercial evaluations.
• Negotiate value and constructability with vendors and clients.
• Prepare financial contract documents and ensure alignment of scopes and contracts.
