Nitori Philippines Inc. is expanding its construction-based operations in the Philippines. The Construction Business Development Representative will handle maintenance support, ordering operations, and construction management, coordinating with contractors to ensure quality and schedules.

Domestic travel and strong communication are essential. Ideal candidates hold a licensed Mechanical Engineering degree with at least 3 years in architecture or construction, and are proficient in Excel/Word.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Licensed) or related engineering with a professional license.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in architecture, construction, or related engineering projects.
• Willing to travel for domestic business trips as required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive independently.

Position: Construction Business Development Representative

Job Responsibilities Basic Tasks

• Maintenance support
• Construction ordering operations
• Construction management (quality, schedule, etc.)

• Internal reporting operations, etc.

Salary Package

• Basic Salary: ₱40,000 - 50,000 per month
• 13th-Month Pay
• Performance-Based Bonus Twice a year

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Licensed) or any related Engineering discipline with a professional license.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in architecture, construction, or related engineering projects.
• Willing to travel for domestic business trips as required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive independently.
• Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

• Experience using AutoCAD or other engineering/design software.
