Position: Construction Business Development Representative
Job Responsibilities Basic Tasks
- Maintenance support
- Construction ordering operations
- Construction management (quality, schedule, etc.)
- Coordination with contractors
- Internal reporting operations, etc.
Salary Package
- Basic Salary: ₱40,000 - 50,000 per month
- 13th-Month Pay
- Performance-Based Bonus Twice a year
- HMO
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Licensed) or any related Engineering discipline with a professional license.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architecture, construction, or related engineering projects.
- Willing to travel for domestic business trips as required.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive independently.
- Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)
- Experience using AutoCAD or other engineering/design software.
- Background in retail store construction, fit-out, or interior design projects.
- Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 level or higher.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders.
