Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of Mechanical and/or Relevant degree or equivalent.
• Graduate of Tool and Die Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of international standards (ASME, ANSI, JIS, GB, Indian, etc.) and related codes is an advantage.
• Physically healthy, mentally sound, good moral standing, and willing to be trained.
• Proficient in both oral and written English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Create 2D and 3D drawings and models using CAD software based on the given timeline.
• Perform self-checking of created drawings or models and revise as needed.
• Support senior designers in drafting technical drawings.
• Learn and apply design standards to ensure output quality.
• Make basic revisions to drawings under supervision.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers on project requirements.
• Attend drawing exercises and training courses.
• Attend product, manufacturing, and construction knowledge lectures.
• Attend Japanese Language Class (basic).
• Act with awareness and motivation as a project detailer.
• Ensure quality, process, and cost (time) of projects.
• Help achieve business plan goals for product sales.
• Set tasks and create action plans to reach team goals.
• Cooperate with the team and encourage communication.

Job Description

1. Create 2D and 3D drawings and models using CAD software based on the given timeline.

2. Perform self-checking of created drawings or models. Carry out revisions to corrected items.

3. Support senior designers in drafting technical drawings.

4. Learn and apply design standards and best practices ensuring quality of output.

5. Make basic revisions to drawings under supervision.

6. Collaborate with engineers and designers on project requirements within the team or group.

7. Attend drawing exercises, and other training courses.

8. Attend Product, manufacturing, and construction knowledge lectures.

9. Attend Japanese Language Class (basic and mutual understanding)

10. Act with awareness and motivation as a member/detailer of the projects provided by PNSED.

11. Responsible for the quality, process, and cost (time) of the projects that they are involved with.

12. Must make efforts to achieve the business plan goals for product sales presented by the Team Leader.

13. Set tasks to achieve team goals. Create and implement an action plan for those goals.

14. Proactively cooperate with the team when they are struggling with their policies, create opportunities for communication on your own, and encourage those around you.

15. Able to communicate with customer representatives. Able to communicate and negotiate within the assigned team.

16. Be able to perform work with an awareness of QCD while striving to brush up on specialized skills and business knowledge necessary to for your own technological advancement and compliance to laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Mechanical and/or Relevant degree or equivalent.
• Graduate of Tool and Die Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or equivalent.
• Licensed, not licensed, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic and advanced AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Inventor software knowledge or proficiency is an advantage.
• Experience and knowledge in electrical, piping design and routing, structural design and layout, mechanical drafting and design is an advantage.
• Knowledge on international standards (ASME, ANSI, JIS, GB, Indian, etc.) and related mechanical and structural codes is an advantage.
• Physically healthy, mentally sound, good moral standing, and willing to be trained.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be proficient in both oral and written English and Filipino.
• Japanese Language Proficiency Test Certification (JLPT) is an advantage.

Conditions:

• For regular employment after 3 months of probationary period (3mos intensive training)
• Binding Contract Term: 3 years
