Job summary
ProfitWorks in the Philippines is seeking a tech-savvy Accounting Manager to lead our blended US-Philippines accounting operations for home trades and construction projects. You will oversee GL, AP, AR, job costing, and project tracking in QuickBooks Online while maintaining strong client communication and workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting functions: GL, AP, AR, reconciliations.
- Manage month-end and year-end close.
- Ensure accurate financial statements, job costing, and project tracking in QuickBooks Online.
- Assign and prioritize tasks, monitor productivity, and review work.
- Coach and support accounting staff.
- Coordinate with operations/project managers for financial data.
- Analyze financial data to support decisions and identify trends.
- Approve entries, adjustments, and reconciliations.
- Recommend cost control and process improvements.
