Job summary

Six Eleven Global Services and Solutions, Inc. is urgently hiring a Bookkeeper/Controller – Construction to manage day-to-day accounting for ongoing projects, including job costing, WIP tracking, and monthly close.

You will coordinate with the external CPA and handle cash-flow reporting within a percentage-of-completion framework. The role requires construction accounting experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with QuickBooks, Buildertrend/BuilderChoice, or Xero.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounting.
• Background in cost accounting or related accounting functions.
• Construction accounting experience preferred/must-have background.
• Experience with QuickBooks preferred.
• Familiarity with Buildertrend/BuilderChoice and/or Xero is a plus.
• Strong communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for active construction projects.
• Perform job costing and WIP tracking through monthly close.
• Prepare cash-flow reporting and coordinate with outside CPA.
