Job summary

Twoconnect Philippines, Inc. seeks a highly organised Project Accountant to support the financial management of multiple property development and construction projects. You will handle project accounting, reporting, and compliance, partnering with site teams to ensure accurate outcomes.

The role covers month-end close, cash flow forecasting, and audit readiness, with responsibilities spanning ERP systems, BAS-like processes, and financial controls within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Commerce; CA/CPA in progress.
• 3–5 years accounting experience including AP/AR, bank reconciliations, journals, GL reconciliations.
• Experience completing month-end and year-end close.
• ERP systems experience and advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Australian GST and BAS.
• Strong reconciliation skills and ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; liaising with non-finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer Jobpac Connect including project setup, budgets, cost codes and user access.
• Maintain data integrity between Jobpac Connect and SunSystems.
• Process supplier and subcontractor invoices to approval and payment.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and GL journals; ensure accurate records.
• Produce month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities within deadlines.
• Prepare project financial reports: costs to date, forecast costs, variance analysis.
• Support project cash flow forecasting, financier reporting and drawdown claims.
• Assist with external audit and compliance requirements.
