Job summary

Right Construction Pte Ltd is seeking an Accountant in the Philippines to handle daily accounting operations, maintain ERP records, and process payments for construction projects. The role emphasizes accuracy in invoicing, cash management, and cost tracking within the project environment.

The candidate should have a Diploma/Degree in Accounting and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Prior construction experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Degree, or Professional Qualification in Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Prior experience in the construction industry will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations and maintain records in the ERP system.
• Process payments and collections accurately and timely.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and collections.
• Assist in preparing payment vouchers and bank transfer instructions.
• Record cash inflows and outflows in the cash book.
• Maintain project accounting records and cost summaries.
• Match purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices for construction projects.
• Maintain documentation for audit and compliance.
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and customers on finance matters.
• Assist external auditors, bankers, and government agencies when required.
• Perform ad-hoc duties for Finance and Project teams.
