Job summary

Emapta offers a dynamic role as an Experienced Audit Associate supporting Australian clients from the Philippines. You will contribute to internal audit, governance, compliance, and enterprise risk engagements, documenting findings and turning observations into actionable recommendations.

The position features a hybrid setup (3 onsite / 2 work-from-home) with mentorship, international exposure, and ample growth opportunities within a Top 1% Talent program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Internal Audit, Risk Management, or related field; professional qualification is advantageous.
• 2–3 years of end-to-end internal audit or risk advisory experience across engagements.
• Experience in governance, internal controls, enterprise risk management, compliance, and SOX.
• Strong ability to assess risks, map processes, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Solid report writing and documentation; effective stakeholder communication.
• Experience with Australian clients or practices is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk advisory engagements including internal audit and compliance projects across industries.
• Collaborate with clients at varying levels and environments.
• Perform risk-based reviews; document findings and recommendations.
• Prepare and maintain engagement files for review by seniors/managers.
• Draft engagement reports with practical, commercial guidance.
