Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking an OGC Analyst – Conflicts Reporting to prepare and analyse standard conflicts reports for incoming attorneys and new client business. The role involves updating conflicts databases and collaborating with attorneys and staff from our Singapore office, with a potential hybrid schedule.

The position requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; experience may be substituted.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services firm is preferred.
• Experience with Intapp Open software, preferably.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalise conflict check reports using the conflicts database.
• Analyse standard new business and lateral conflicts checks (advisory, NDAs, transactional checks).
• Communicate results and request missing information from attorneys or staff.
• Obtain guidance to understand requirements for conflicts checks (lateral candidate, potential client, etc.).
• Conduct research on corporate entities subject to conflicts review using various databases.
