Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking an OGC Analyst – Conflicts Reporting to join the Office of the General Counsel in Singapore. The role involves preparing and analysing standard conflicts reports regarding incoming attorneys and new client business, while updating data in the conflicts databases as necessary.

This role will be located in our Singapore office and may offer a hybrid/in-office schedule. Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, experience in a professional

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Experience in a law firm or professional services firm preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently.
  • Excellent time-management and multi-project handling capabilities.
  • Experience with conflicts checks or similar compliance processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and finalise conflict check reports using the firm’s conflicts database.
  • Analyse standard new business and lateral conflicts checks.
  • Communicate results and request clarifications to attorneys and staff.
  • Obtain guidance from attorneys or Conflicts staff to understand requirements.
  • Conduct research on corporate entities using various databases and sources.
