Job summary

H&D Group of Companies, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a condominium project in the Philippines.

The role focuses on property management, maintenance coordination, housekeeping, security, and resident care, while upholding association policies and serving as the communications liaison. The ideal candidate will excel in relationship building with residents and stakeholders, ensure compliance with rules, and drive service quality across all on-site

Qualifications

• Experience in property management is preferred.
• Experience with condominium management is desirable.
• Customer service experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and coordinating day-to-day property management activities including maintenance, housekeeping, security and resident care.
• Maintaining condominium association policies and rules and acting as the communication officer.
