The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in accountancy and has at least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in real estate, with strong Excel and accounting software proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in accounting or finance, preferably in property/real estate.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and MS Office.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage accounting processes for the Condominium Corporation.
• Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Supervise accounts payable and timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Manage day-to-day billing transactions, adjustments, and reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist with audits and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
