Qualifications

• College graduate of BS Accountancy, Management Accounting, or Accounting Technology.
• 1–2 years experience in property management accounting, financial reports, taxation for condo corp/HOA.
• Preferably experience in finance/audit/tax but not required.
• Proficient with computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintains books of accounts and related documents for properties.
• Records transactions in original entry, subsidiary ledgers, and general ledger in a timely manner.
• Prepares monthly trial balance, financial statements, and related reports.
