Job summary

Garden Villas South is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Concierge to greet residents and visitors at our retirement and assisted living community. The successful candidate must possess tact, strong communication skills, and be friendly and helpful at all times. Typing ability, basic computer skills, and telephone switchboard experience are required.

Delmar Gardens is a family-owned, St. Louis-based company that has been serving the community for 60 years.

Qualifications

• Must be able to deal tactfully with residents, family members, visitors, and staff.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful demeanor.
• Typing, basic computer skills, and telephone switchboard experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekend concierge duties with a courteous, professional approach.
• Assist residents and visitors, coordinate information, and answer inquiries.
• Maintain a welcoming reception area and route calls as needed.
