Job summary

ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. in the Philippines is seeking a Care Concierge (Elderly Care) to act as the primary liaison for residents and their families, lead pre-admission counselling, and help residents settle in with a smooth orientation.

You will work with caregivers and the multidisciplinary care team to address concerns, support person-centered planning, and nurture meaningful engagement throughout residents' stay.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in elderly care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for residents' next-of-kin and engage with caregivers and residents before admission to ease concerns.
• Lead pre-admission counselling to explain fees, services, care values, living conditions, and expectations clearly.
• Welcome new residents on admission day, conduct orientation, and ensure their smooth adjustment to the environment.
• Maintain active engagement with residents and caregivers throughout their stay, addressing issues with the multidisciplinary care team.
• Participate in patient-focused care planning discussions by offering insights into residents' social backgrounds, preferences, and habits.

Education
