About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Concession Manager to join Westfair Marketing, Inc. La Sedia Furniture based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in overseeing the operations and performance of our retail concession spaces. As Concession Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of retail operations. This role is integral to our retail strategy and directly impacts the profitability and brand reputation of our concession outlets within partner retail environments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily concession operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and point-of-sale transactions
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Recruit, train, and supervise concession staff to ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock ordering, and conduct regular stock takes to minimize shrinkage
• Maintain visual standards and product displays to enhance customer appeal and drive impulse purchases
• Build and maintain positive relationships with retail partners and landlords to ensure smooth concession operations
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and revenue growth
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and retail regulations within the concession space
• Manage concession budgets, including labor costs, inventory expenditure, and operating expenses
• Report performance metrics and provide regular updates to upper management
