Job summary

Sperry Philippines in Pasig, Metro Manila, is seeking a capable sales operations coordinator to help achieve sales targets across assigned concession stores by effectively managing manpower, inventory, and merchandise.

You will monitor weekly store performance, analyze sales reports, coordinate with SA-HRs to ensure adequate staffing, and maintain accurate inventory and merchandise mix aligned with store performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Business Administration, Management or Accountancy.
• At least 2 years related experience in retail, sales or operations.
• Knowledge in concession procedures and operations, inventory and merchandise management, sales order processing.
• Proficient with English and Filipino in both oral and written.
• Strong administrative, time management and interpersonal skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor's/College in Business Administration, Management or Accountancy
• With a least 2 years related experience in retail, sales or operations
• With knowledge in Concession Procedures and Operations, Inventory and Merchandise Management, Sales Order Processing and Pull-out
• Proficient with English and Filipino in both oral and written
