The position requires at least 6 months of BPO experience and is onsite in Cagayan de Oro with shifting schedules. Training is provided from Day 1, and successful candidates will join a leader in customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School grad, SHS grad, or college undergrad/grad accepted.
• At least 6 months BPO experience (voice or non-voice).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro.
