• Oversee all accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for real estate projects and property management operations.
• Manage project accounting, revenue recognition, cost allocation, and financial performance analysis of real estate developments and investment properties.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow to support business operations and strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other government regulatory requirements, including tax filings, statutory reports, and external audits.
• Lead and develop the accounting team while strengthening internal controls and improving accounting processes and financial efficiency.
