Qualifications

Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
At least 10 years of progressive accounting experience
Preferably with extensive experience in the real estate, property development, or property management industry.

Responsibilities

Oversee all accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for real estate projects and property management operations.
Manage project accounting, revenue recognition, cost allocation, and financial performance analysis of real estate developments and investment properties.
Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow to support business operations and strategic planning.
Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other government regulatory requirements, including tax filings, statutory reports, and external audits.
Lead and develop the accounting team while strengthening internal controls and improving accounting processes and financial efficiency.
