The Admin & Compliance Officer at C and C Platinum Trading Corporation will oversee FDA, DTI, business permits, licenses, and related regulatory requirements to ensure timely processing, renewal, and compliance across stores.
You will coordinate with FDA, DTI and local government units, monitor expiration dates, maintain records, and support fieldwork and government office transactions as needed.
The Admin & Compliance Officer is responsible for managing FDA, DTI, business permits, licenses, and other regulatory requirements to ensure timely processing, renewal, and compliance of company operations and stores.
Manage FDA registrations, notifications, permits, and regulatory requirements.
Process and monitor DTI registrations and other government requirements.
Handle business permits, Mayor’s Permits, Barangay Clearances, BIR registrations, and related licenses.
Coordinate with FDA, DTI, LGUs, government agencies, and building administrators regarding applications, renewals, and compliance requirements.
Monitor expiration dates and ensure timely renewal of permits, licenses, and registrations.
Process permits and regulatory requirements for new store openings, events, and other business activities.
Maintain complete and organized regulatory, permit, and compliance records.
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to secure required documents.
Monitor changes in applicable regulatory requirements and ensure necessary compliance actions are taken.
Prepare status reports and track pending applications, renewals, and compliance requirements.
Perform other administrative and compliance-related tasks as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Legal Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in administrative, compliance, regulatory, or government relations work.
Experience handling FDA, DTI, business permits, Mayor’s Permits, Barangay Clearances, BIR, and other government requirements is preferred.
Knowledge of government regulations, permit processing, and regulatory compliance.
Strong organizational and documentation skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Able to manage multiple applications, renewals, and deadlines independently.
Willing to conduct fieldwork and government office transactions when required.
