Qualifications

7+ years in Banking/Finance or related industries.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Good understanding of Capital Markets and related products.
Knowledge of Custodian Bank and Investment Manager processes.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo.
Experience with root cause analysis, controls, and process improvements.
Experience with AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent tools.

Responsibilities

Ensure adherence of operational procedures to complete tasks accurately and timely.
Support managers to provide top quality operations for global business.
Document procedures and identify requirements for additional controls.
Provide training to new hires.
Investigate and resolve differences in reconciliations between client and fund manager.
Review rules setup and ensure alignment with client requirements.
Act as a change agent and provide technical expertise to key projects.
