Job summary

JPMorganChase in Manila is seeking a Compliance Reporting Services Associate to manage investment rule violations and support risk reduction for our global clients. You will collaborate with peers and clients, investigate potential breaches, and drive innovative solutions within our compliance platform.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, deep Capital Markets knowledge, and hands-on use of SQL/Excel/Python/VBA to monitor, code, and optimize the rule library.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience in Banking/Finance or related industries.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Understanding of Capital Markets and related products.
• Knowledge of a fund’s Custodian Bank and Investment Manager processes.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence of operational procedures to complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Support management in delivering top-quality operations for the global business.
• Document procedures and identify requirements for additional controls.
• Provide training to new hires.
• Investigate and substantiate key reconciliation differences between client and fund manager.
