Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Compliance Reporting Services Associate in Metro Manila to support risk reduction and regulatory adherence within a global financial services framework.

You will work on investigating potential breaches, collaborating with peers and clients, and driving innovative solutions to optimize client outcomes. A strong background in capital markets and hands-on experience with SQL/Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Banking/Finance or related industries.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Solid understanding of Capital Markets and related products.
• Knowledge of fund Custodian Bank and Investment Manager processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with rule engines or related monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time with compliant procedures.
• Support managers to deliver top-quality operations for a global business.
• Document procedures and identify additional control requirements.
• Provide training to new hires.
• Investigate and resolve differences in reconciliations between client and fund manager.
• Review rules setup to ensure alignment with client requirements.
