Qualifications

• Up to 2 years of experience with a growth mindset and willingness to learn new systems, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Detail-oriented and organized with good time management and data handling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence engaging with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; IT background preferred.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage assigned client portfolios and compliance records.
• Process data entry and update information in internal systems.
• Review and process service reports and contractor certification reports.
• Liaise with clients and contractors regarding certification documents, service reports, and outstanding defects.
• Process ESM-related correspondence and contractor certifications promptly.
• Review information for issues or non-compliance that may delay site compliance or annual statements.
• Prepare portfolio reports and meeting minutes.
• Prepare and issue annual ESM compliance certifications.
• Develop understanding of ESM regulations across Australian states with training provided.
• Learn and use the internal system with training provided.
• Attend client, contractor, and internal meetings as required.
• Provide support to the CSO Lead and other team members.
• Work closely with CSO Lead, Compliance Supervisor, and Account Managers as required.
• Take on other administrative and compliance-related tasks to support the team.
