Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Compliance Implementation Associate to support day-to-day compliance, audit, risk governance, and IMS activities, ensuring audit readiness and control implementation aligned with ISO 27001, PCI DSS 4.0, HIPAA/HITRUST and SOC 2 Type II.

Under guidance of Senior Team Lead, you will coordinate with process owners, maintain evidence, track risk actions, and escalate gaps, contributing to continuous improvement of the organization’s risk posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 1–2 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, information security, risk management, or related function preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, PCI DSS 4.0, SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA/HITRUST or an IMS is advantageous.
• Relevant internship experience may be considered for strong candidates.

Responsibilities

• Support internal and external audits for ISO 27001, ISO 22301, PCI DSS 4.0, SOC 2 Type II and internal requirements.
• Collect, organize, validate, and maintain audit evidence with control owners.
• Perform scheduled compliance checks using approved procedures and checklists.
• Document observations and escalate gaps to the Senior Team Lead.
• Track corrective actions and follow up for timely closure.
• Maintain complete records of compliance activities and support audit materials.
• Assist in drafting and updating compliance policies and procedures.
• Review requests for compliance against policies and maintain audit trails.
• Support risk assessment activities for new-client onboarding and risk registers.
