Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Compliance Implementation Associate to support daily compliance, audit, risk governance, and IMS activities. You will help maintain audit readiness, coordinate with owners, manage evidence, and escalate gaps in a structured, collaborative environment.

The role focuses on ISO 27001, PCI DSS 4.0, HIPAA/HITRUST, and SOC 2 Type II alignment, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and cross-functional coordination across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 1–2 years in compliance, internal audit, information security, risk management, quality management, or document control.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, PCI DSS 4.0, SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA/HITRUST or an IMS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support audits for ISO, PCI DSS, SOC 2 and internal requirements.
• Collect, organize, validate, and maintain audit evidence with owners.
• Perform scheduled compliance checks using approved procedures and checklists.
• Document observations and escalate gaps to the Senior Team Lead.
• Track corrective actions and follow up for timely closure.
• Maintain records of compliance activities and evidence.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating policies and guidance.
• Process requests within policy, ensuring audit trails.
