Job summary

Jadeblue Petroleum Inc. seeks a Compliance Auditor to ensure gas stations comply with company policies and government regulations. You will conduct regular inspections, review records, and drive corrective actions to reduce risk across our retail network.

The role requires field inspections, travel to multiple stations, strong documentation, and knowledge of safety standards. A related degree and 2–3 years in compliance or petroleum operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Engineering, Legal Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in compliance, audit, operations, retail, or petroleum/gas station operations.
• Knowledge of government permits, regulatory requirements, and workplace safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Good analytical, investigation, and report-writing skills.
• Willing to conduct field inspections and travel to different gas stations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple compliance concerns.
• Experience in oil/gas industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with DOE, DENR, BFP, LGU, DOLE, and other applicable regulatory requirements
• Ensure permits, licenses, certificates, and other regulatory documents are valid, updated, and properly displayed
• Monitor compliance with fuel handling, storage, dispensing, and safety procedures
• Check proper implementation of price changes, fuel deliveries, inventory controls, and wet-stock procedures
• Review station records, reports, checklists, incident reports, and other required documentation
• Identify compliance gaps, operational risks, and violations and recommend corrective actions
• Conduct follow-up inspections to verify that corrective actions have been properly implemented
• Coordinate with Operations, Retail, Engineering, Safety, HR, and other departments regarding compliance concerns
• Prepare detailed compliance audit reports, findings, recommendations, and action plans for management
• Maintain an updated monitoring database of permits, inspections, violations, and corrective actions

About you
