Klerikal is seeking a Compliance Fieldwork Officer to bridge field operations and corporate management. You will manage government relations, secure and renew permits, and keep ahead of evolving regulatory requirements.

You will interact with regulatory agencies, LGUs, and inspectors, travel to offices and project sites, and ensure timely filings and site licensing. Proficiency with documentation tools is expected.

Formación

• Basic understanding of government compliance frameworks, and local permit/licensing processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with others.
• Willingness and capability to travel regularly to government offices, regulatory agency headquarters, local government units (LGUs), and operational project sites to process filings and represent the company.
• Proficiency in documentation or Google Workspace tools.

• Communicate corporate compliance updates, policy changes, and audit results down to field teams to foster a culture of regulatory awareness.
• Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of relevant government agencies, LGU regulations, environmental standards, labor compliance, and industry-specific permits.
• Oversee the complete process of securing, renewing, and posting mandatory government licenses, permits, and clearances for operational sites.
• Serve as the main point of contact for external government inspectors, regulatory auditors, and local authority representatives during site visits.

As a Compliance Fieldwork Officer at our sister compliance company, Klerikal, you will act as a vital bridge between field operations and corporate management. In this role, your core focus will be managing government relations—transacting directly with regulatory agencies, securing and renewing critical operational permits, and staying ahead of evolving legal and compliance frameworks.
