Job summary

SINO RESOURCES INC, located in Metropolitan Manila, is hiring a Compliance professional to ensure adherence to Philippine laws, regulations, and industry standards. You will develop and monitor compliance programs, oversee permits and registrations, and guide the organization through audits and regulatory inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in compliance, legal or audit, strong knowledge of local regulations, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure company compliance with all relevant Philippine laws, regulations, and government agencies.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation within the organization.
• Facilitate renewal and maintenance of business permits, licenses, and registrations.
• Process and manage documentation for DOLE Alien Employment Permits (AEP) and 9G Working Visas for foreign employees.
• Develop, review and implement internal compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide compliance training and guidance to employees.
• Investigate compliance issues, violations, or complaints and recommend resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, filings and reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external regulators during audits, inspections, and inquiries.

About the role

Responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all applicable Philippine laws, regulations, and industry standards. The role promotes a culture of integrity and ethical conduct by developing compliance programs, monitoring adherence, and addressing regulatory requirements across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure company compliance with all relevant Philippine laws, regulations, and government agencies, including but not limited to BIR, SEC, DOLE and other regulatory bodies.
• Monitor and interpret regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation within the organization.
• Facilitate the renewal and maintenance of all business permits, licenses and registrations.
• Process and manage documentation for DOLE Alien Employment Permits (AEP) and 9G Working Visas for foreign employees.
