Job summary

Pearson Management Services Philippines Inc. is seeking an Advanced Associate, Compensation to provide administrative and operational support to our Global Compensation Plan team.

You will process HR transactions, handle employee requests, and ensure timely completion in Oracle Fusion and other HR systems. You will work on simple to complex compensation requests, assist with mass processing, and document actions in the case management system while maintaining confidentiality and data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of HR, compensation, benefits, or related administrative experience.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion or other HRIS platforms preferred.
• Experience using ticketing or case management systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process HR and Compensation transactions submitted by employees and stakeholders.
• Update records in Oracle Fusion and other HR technologies with accuracy.
• Provide administrative support for compensation processes, including complex validation.
• Support bulk or mass transactions in accordance with procedures and controls.
• Document cases and resolutions in the case management system.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
• Ensure transactions meet service levels and productivity targets.
