Birches Group LLC. is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support the Survey Operations team from our Manila center.

The role focuses on conducting comprehensive compensation and benefits surveys for employers in developing countries, delivering timely salary survey products, and maintaining data quality. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, informal environment with significant responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Examine market data and execute survey process for assigned countries.
• Provide diagnostics to support Community products and services.
• Inform management on issues to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Explain survey participation and data collection processes to ensure efficient survey process.
• Explain survey results to clients, showing linkages of Community products and services.
• Deliver salary survey transactions within established schedules and timelines.
• Maintain consistent quality in production of survey data and review of junior analysts.
