Job summary

Birches Group, Manila operations, is seeking a Compensation Analyst (Francophone) to support Community™ Market surveys by conducting comprehensive compensation studies in developing countries. The role is based at the Manila Operations Center and focuses on delivering high-quality survey data and client-facing insights.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, strong numerical and communication skills in English and French, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, independent work

Responsibilities

• Examine market data and execute the survey process for assigned countries.

• Explain survey results to clients, illustrating the linkages of Community Jobs and Market.
• Deliver salary survey transactions within established schedules and timelines.
• Maintain consistent quality in production of survey data and review of more junior analysts.

This is a hands-on job in one of the most technical areas of human resources management.

The Compensation Analyst (Francophone) as a member of the Survey Operations team, has a key role in sustaining Community™ Market surveys through the conduct of comprehensive compensation and benefits surveys of employers in developing countries from our Operations Center in Manila.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Examine market data and execute the survey process for assigned countries and assess survey results to be able to create diagnostics that would support further application of Birches Group's Community™ products and services.
• Informmanagement on issues related to the survey process to ensure smooth delivery of service.
  
• Explain the process of survey participation and data collection that is required to
  ensure efficient survey process.
• Explain survey results to clients, illustrating the linkages of Community™ Jobs and
  Community™ Market to other components of Community™.
• Deliver salary survey transactions within established schedules and timelines
  ensuring timely delivery of salary surveys.
• Maintain consistent quality in production of survey data and review of more junior
  analysts.

Requirement:
