Qualifications

• Experience in HR, specifically compensation & benefits.

• Experience in processing billings, reimbursements, and government claims (e.g., sickness and maternity benefits).
• High accuracy and attention to detail; data analysis using Excel.
• Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for handling employee concerns.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with integrity.

Responsibilities
