Job summary

RADIUS TELECOMS INC. is seeking a skilled HR professional to support payroll, compensation, and employee benefits. You will manage timekeeping, data validation, and HR reporting while ensuring compliance with Philippine regulations.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree and at least 2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations, with strong Excel skills and HRIS familiarity. Onsite work is required in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Accounting or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, payroll processes, and statutory requirements.
• Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, IF/SUMIF/SUMIFS, etc.
• Ability to manage large datasets and ensure data accuracy.
• Onsite work required in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end payroll processing and salary adjustments.
• Administer employee benefits, HMO, insurance, leave entitlements, and statutory contributions.
• Ensure compliance with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, and labor regulations.
• Monitor timekeeping, attendance, and payroll adjustments.
• Prepare and analyze payroll and HR reports using Excel.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data and employee records.
• Coordinate with Finance, external providers, and government agencies.
